Who receives Back9Ops email
Recipients are limited to users who are directly involved with platform operations:
- Self-registered users
- Participants added by authorized course, league, or tournament administrators
- People who request access through Back9Ops forms
List sourcing and prohibited practices
- Back9Ops does not buy, rent, scrape, or import third-party marketing lists.
- Back9Ops does not send unrelated third-party promotions.
Bounces, complaints, and suppression
- Back9Ops monitors bounces and complaints.
- Invalid or complaining recipients are suppressed from future non-essential sends.
- Users can opt out of non-essential product updates.
- Transactional event and account messages may still be required for service operation.
