The morning of the outing.

In order, the way it actually happens.

Before the day

  • Captains sign up their own foursome. One person enters four names and pays — the other three never need an account, and the captain gets a private link to swap someone out later
  • Everyone else registers from a link or a QR code. Print the one-page flyer with your logo on it for the pro shop counter
  • The waiting list runs itself and everyone can see where they stand
  • Paid, unpaid, or waived on every player, in one place, without a group text
  • Sell your sponsor spots — upload each logo once

On the day

  • Tap players in as they arrive at the front desk — nobody is marked absent just because you haven't got to them yet
  • Cart signs go out with the group's starting hole on them and a QR code for scoring
  • Shotgun or modified shotgun, the whole field away at once
  • Closest to the pin and longest drive claimed from the tee on a player's own phone — the person who just lost the lead gets told
  • Flights scored separately, so the 24-handicaps have their own thing to win
  • The board goes up on the clubhouse TV with your sponsors on it
  • Somebody disputes a score? Turn on Marker Mode and each group has a designated marker — disagreements land on one review screen for you to settle, instead of in the car park

The hardest part of an outing isn't the scoring — it's that a third of the field plays twice a year and will not install an app in the car park. So they don't have to.

  • One QR sign per cart. Scan it, tap your own name, keep score.
  • No app, no account, no password, no support call
  • One phone can keep the card for the whole group, so a foursome doesn't need four charged phones
  • Scores land on the live leaderboard as they're entered
